基于网络的EHA伺服教学实验台设计
Design of EHA Servo Teaching Experimental Platform Based on Network
【摘要】 集成化的电动静液作动器(EHA)已是未来飞机作动系统的发展主流,高校中针对EHA理论课程也逐步开设,而一台EHA伺服控制实验台非常昂贵。为了满足教学需要,同时提高实验台的利用率,基于此设计并实现一套基于互联网的EHA伺服教学系统。该系统可突破时空限制,教师在课堂的理论教学中可随时通过网络控制远在实验室的设备,并通过网络把实验设备的数据和图像实时的传输回课堂,在有网络的情况下,学生在课下也可通过注册账号预约实验的方式实现远程编程实验。这样不仅提高了实验台利用率,同时也避免了扎堆实验的尴尬,保证学生的实验质量。这种理论与实践一体化同步教学系统,开创了理论与实验结合的新型教学模式。
【Abstract】 Integrated EHA has become the mainstream of the future development of aircraft actuation system. In Colleges and universities, EHA theory courses are gradually opened. However, an EHA servo control experimental platform is very expensive. In order to meet the teaching needs and improve the utilization of the experimental platform, a set of EHA servo teaching system based on internet is designed and implemented, which can break through the space-time limitation. In the classroom theory teaching, teachers can control the equipment far away from the laboratory through the network at any time, and transmit the data and images of the experimental equipment back to the classroom in real time through the network. In the case of network, the students can also realize the remote programming experiment by registering the account number after class, which not only improves the utilization rate of the experimental platform. At the same time, it can avoid the embarrassment of pile up experiments and ensure the quality of students’ experiments. This synchronous teaching system of theory and practice has created a new teaching mode combining theory with experiment.
