膳食维生素摄入与高血压关系分析

【摘要】 目的探究膳食维生素作为整体其与高血压之间的关系,为我国居民高血压防治膳食指导提供科学依据。方法分析中国健康和营养研究(China Health and Nutrition Survey,CHNS,1997-2011)的数据,依据平均需要量(estimated average requirements,EAR)对每种膳食维生素摄入是否充足进行判定,求得维生素摄入充足的种类数量(number of types of vitamins with adequate intakes,NTVAI),采用Logistic回归模型分析其与高血压之间的关系。结果 NTVAI的数量增加,高血压的患病风险下降(Ptrend=0.002),当NTVAI的数量超过6种时,高血压的患病风险显著下降约15%-28%,且这一关系与钠摄入是否过量无关。结论维生素摄入充足的种类数量(NTVAI)越多,高血压的患病率越低。因此,为预防和降低高血压的发生,膳食维生素摄入应达到整体充足水平。[营养学报,2021,43(1):32-35]

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between dietary vitamins as a whole and hypertension,and to provide data for dietary guidance on the prevention and treatment of hypertension for Chinese residents.Methods The data from China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS,1997-2011) was analyzed while the number of types of vitamins with adequate intakes (NTVAI) was calculated by finding out whether the intake of a particular dietary vitamin was sufficient based on the estimated average requirements (EAR).The relationship between dietary vitamin intakes and hypertension was analyzed by using a logistic regression model.Results The risk of hypertension decreased with an increase in the NTVAI(Ptrend=0.002).The risk decreased by about 15%to 28%when the NTVAI exceeded 6.This relationship was independent of excessive sodium intakes.Conclusion The larger the NTVAI,the lower the prevalence of hypertension.Therefore,dietary vitamin intakes should reach the overall adequate level in order to prevent and reduce the risk of hypertension.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA,2021,43(1):32-35]
