【摘要】 目的下肢深静脉血栓防范培训前后外科护士对预防DVT知识的调查分析。方法本研究共160名研究对象,均为2019年7月至2020年12月我院在职的外科护士。我院在2020年3月对外科护士实施DVT防范培训,将2019年7月至2020年2月在职的80名外科护士作为对照组(未开展DVT防范培训),将2020年3月至2020年12月在职的80名外科护士作为观察组(开展DVT防范培训)。对比分析两组外科护士对预防下肢DVT知识的掌握情况。结果在下肢DVT评估准确率、诊断正确率、病例发现率上,观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。在护理措施落实的有效率上,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。在平均住院天数上,观察组短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对外科护士进行下肢DVT防范培训的效果理想,有利于加深外科护士对预防下肢DVT知识的认知程度,提高下肢DVT诊断准确率,缩短患者的住院天数,临床可进一步推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the knowledge of DVT before and after the nurses of deep vein thrombosis prevention training. Methods There were 160 research subjects, all the surgical nurses in our hospital from July 2019 to December 2020. Our hospital implemented DVT prevention training for surgical nurses in March 2020, with 80 surgical nurses from July 2019 to February 2020 in office as control groups(no DVT prevention training) and 80 surgical nurses from March 2020 to December 2020 in office as observation groups(conducted DVT prevention training). Comparanalysis analyzed the knowledge of DVT. Results In the evaluation accuracy, diagnosis accuracy rate and case detection rate of lower limb DVT, the observation group was significantly higher than that(P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the controls in efficient nursing measure implementation(P<0.05). On the average number of hospital days, the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The ideal effect of DVT prevention training for surgical nurses is beneficial to deepen the knowledge of DVT prevention of lower limbs, improve the accuracy of DVT diagnosis of lower limbs, shorten the number of hospitalization of patients, and further apply in clinical practice.更多还原
