【摘要】 目的 观察鼻内镜下泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效及术后瘢痕情况。方法 将96 例入组研究对象（2018 年8 月至2021 年2 月收治）用随机数字表法分成对照组（48 例，鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗）和观察组（48 例，鼻内镜下泪囊造孔术治疗），对两组临床治疗效果进行观察比较。结果 观察组手术与住院时间短于对照组，术中出血量、术后30 d 溢泪程度与术后7 d 疼痛程度评分低于对照组，术后30 d 泪膜破裂时间长于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜ 0.05）。临床治疗有效率97.92% 较对照组91.67% 高，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量与治疗满意度评分高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 鼻内镜下泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效显著，具有创伤小、术后瘢痕少、术后恢复速度快等优点，利于患者生活质量的改善与满意度的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect and postoperative scar of dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods A total of 96 patients (from August 2018 to February 2021) were randomly divided into control group (48 cases, treated with dacryocystorhinostomy) and observation group (48 cases, treated with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope), and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The operation and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the intraoperative blood loss, the degree of epiphora 30 days after operation and the pain 7 days after operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the tear film rupture time 30 days after operation of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the differences are statistically significant (P＜0.05). The clinical effective rate of 97.92% was higher than that of 91.67% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the score of quality of life and treatment satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis has significant clinical effect, with small trauma, less postoperative scar, fast postoperative recovery and other high quality, which is conducive to the improvement of patients’ quality of life and satisfaction.更多还原
