【摘要】 目的探究优质护理在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的实施效果。方法选取我院收治的40例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,时间为2017年12月至2018年10月,全部给予血液透析治疗。以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=20)和研究组(n=20)。其中对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取优质护理,比较两组的护理满意度、护理不良事件发生率以及护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分。结果研究组的护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的80%(χ~2=4.444,P=0.035);研究组的护理不良事件发生率为5%,低于对照组的30%(χ~2=4.329,P=0.037);研究组护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分分别为(43.18±3.56)分和(44.51±4.23)分,均低于对照组的(50.19±4.34)分、(51.21±4.88)分(t=5.585、4.640,P=0.000、0.000)。结论为糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施优质护理可以改善患者的负性心理,减少护理不良事件的发生,并提高患者的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the implementation effect of high-quality nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy on hemodialysis. Methods Fourty diabetic nephropathy patients admitted between December 2017 and October 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study, and all of them were given hemodialysis treatment. They were divided into control group and research group by random number table method, with 20 patients each. The control group was given routine nursing nursing, and the study group was given high-quality nursing nursing. The nursing satisfaction, incidence of nursing adverse events, and anxiety and depression scores after nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%, higher than 80% of the control group(χ~2=4.444, P=0.035). The incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was 5%, which was lower than 30% in the control group(χ~2=4.329, P=0.037). The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were(43.18±3.56) and(44.51±4.23), which were both lower than those in the control group(50.19±4.34) and(51.21±4.88)(t=5.585, 4.640, P=0.000, 0.000). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve patients’ negative psychology, reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events, and improve patients’ satisfaction.更多还原
