ProGRP和NSE在小细胞肺癌诊断中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的分析在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)诊断中胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的价值。方法将我院收治的136例SCLC患者纳入研究,同时选取同期142例非小细胞肺癌患者、200例肺良性疾病患者以及200名体检健康者进行研究。通过化学发光法检测4组对象ProGRP、NSE水平,对SCLC的诊断价值进行评价。结果 SCLC组ProGRP、NSE水平均高于非小细胞肺癌组、肺良性疾病组和健康组(P <0.05);ProGRP诊断敏感度高于NSE(P <0.05);ProGRP+NSE联合检测ROC-AUC高于ProGRP和NSE单独检测(P <0.05);SCLC患者治疗后ProGRP、NSE水平较治疗前逐渐下降(P <0.05)。结论 ProGRP、NSE在SCLC的诊断中均为有效肿瘤标志物,但ProGRP对SCLC的诊断价值优于NSE,ProGRP和NSE联合检测能够提高SCLC的诊断效能。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value of ProGRP and NSE in the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer(SCLC). Methods A total of 136 cases of small cell lung cancer patients in our hospital were included in the study, and 142 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients, 200 cases of benign lung disease patients and 200 healthy people were selected for the study. The levels of ProGRP and NSE were detected by chemiluminescence method to evaluate the diagnostic value of SCLC. Results The levels of ProGRP and NSE in SCLC group were higher than those in non-small cell lung cancer group, benign lung disease group and healthy group(P<0.05); the diagnostic sensitivity of ProGRP was higher than that of NSE(P<0.05); the combined detection of ProGRP and NSE in ROC-AUC was higher than that of ProGRP and NSE alone(P<0.05); the levels of ProGRP and NSE in SCLC patients decreased gradually after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion ProGRP and NSE are effective indicators in the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer, but the diagnostic value of ProGRP is better than that of NSE. The combined detection of ProGRP and NSE can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
