【摘要】 目的研究鼻胃镜联合X线监视下改良法植入食管支架治疗食管贲门癌性重度狭窄的临床效果。方法对我院消化内科2015年10月至2019年12月43例食管贲门癌性重度狭窄患者,在鼻胃镜联合X线监视下,采用改良法即黄斑马导丝尝试越过狭窄段,引导释放食管支架。观察手术成功率、支架移位及并发症、术后2周治疗效果。结果 43例患者均成功释放支架,成功率100.00%,术后2例(4.65%)出现支架轻度移位,8例(18.6%)出现胸痛,无其他并发症,术后2周狭窄扩张程度和吞咽困难程度明显改善(P <0.05)。结论在鼻胃镜联合X线监视下,采用改良法容易通过狭窄段,手术成功率高,支架移位低,手术并发症少,术后疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of nasogastric endoscopy combined with X-ray monitoring in the treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer severe stenosis. Methods Fourty-three patients with carcinomatous stricture of esophagus and cardia from October 2015 to December 2019 in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital were monitored by nasogastroscope and X-ray. The modified method, yellow zebra wire, was used to try to cross the stricture and guide the release of esophageal stent. The success rate of the operation, stent displacement and complications, and the therapeutic effect of 2 weeks after the operation were observed. Results The stent was successfully released in 43 patients, the success rate was 100.00%, 2 patients(4.65%)had slight stent displacement, 8 patients(18.6%) had chest pain, no other complications, the degree of stenosis and dysphagia was significantly improved in 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion Under the monitoring of nasogastric endoscopy and X-ray, the improved method is easy to pass through the stenosis,the success rate of operation is high, stent displacement is high It is worth popularizing because of its low complication and definite effect.更多还原
