辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合用药治疗肾病综合征的临床研究

【摘要】 目的探究辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合用药方案治疗肾病综合征的临床效果。方法在2016年6月至2019年6月,选取我院收治的48例肾病综合征患者作为试验组,给予辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合用药方案治疗;同期选取48例肾病综合征患者作为对照组,给予常规激素治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率与不良反应率比较中,试验组与对照组对比差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。两组患者在治疗前血脂、全血黏度对比无统计学意义,P> 0.05;治疗后试验组血脂与全血黏度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论在肾病综合征患者中给予辛伐他汀与低分子肝素联合用药治疗,其疗效显著,能够显著改善病情,不良反应少,具有较高的安全性与可靠性,可以显著降低血液黏度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods From June, 2016 to June, 2019, 48 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group and given simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin. During the same period, 48 patients with nephrotic syndrome were selected as the control group and given routine hormone therapy. Compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results In the comparison of the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate, the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the comparison of blood lipid and whole blood viscosity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the blood lipid and whole blood viscosity of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with nephrotic syndrome, simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin has a significant efficacy, can significantly improve the condition, less adverse reactions, high safety and reliability, and can significantly reduce blood viscosity.
