【摘要】 目的分析上消化道出血护理中舒适护理的应用研究。方法本研究将2019年9月至2020年4月来我院诊治的上消化道出血患者48例作为研究对象,随机数字法分为两组,每组24例,对照组行常规护理,试验组行舒适护理,对比两组护理效果。结果试验组护理有效率高(87.50%)、不良反应低(8.33%);心理相关指标均与生活质量相关指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者应用舒适护理效果显著,能够有效抑制病情的发展,降低不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of comfortable nursing in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods In this study, 48 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment from September 2019 to April 2020 were used as the research object. The random number method was divided into two groups, each with 24 cases. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group performed comfortable nursing. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The experimental group had high nursing efficiency(87.50%) and low adverse reactions(8.33%); the psychological indicators and related indicators of quality of life were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
