【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年2月于大连市中心医院进行血液透析治疗的70例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,根据随机双盲法进行分组,每组35例,对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施综合护理干预,对比两组的治疗依从性与生活质量。结果护理后,试验组患者的心理健康、情感功能、社会功能、精力状态、健康状况、生理功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组治疗依从性为97.14%,明显高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者的治疗依从性具有积极的影响,能引导患者全面配合血液透析操作,有效提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment compliance of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis treatment in Dalian Central Hospital from November 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the randomized double-blind method, with 35 patients in each group. The treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared by conventional nursing intervention in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention in the experimental group. Results After nursing, the scores of mental health, emotional function, social function, energy state, health status and physiological function in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the experimental group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than 82.86% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a positive effect on the treatment compliance of patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis, can guide patients to cooperate with hemodialysis operation, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
