【摘要】 介绍了西安200 MeV质子应用装置(XiPAF)的真空布局,针对真空中残余气体带来的束流损失开展分析,并利用VAKTRAK对真空分布进行模拟计算。分析及计算结果表明,XiPAF同步环上真空分布较为均匀,整体真空设计满足指标要求。还介绍了XiPAF特殊管道、特殊腔体的处理及连接情况,并阐述了XiPAF真空系统的运行情况。结果表明,真空系统运行良好,可以满足束流运行要求。

【Abstract】 The layout of Xi’an 200 MeV Proton Application Facility(XiPAF) vacuum system is introduced. The beam loss caused by residual gas in vacuum is analyzed, and the actual vacuum distribution along the beam line is modeled by the VAKTRAK codes. The analysis and calculation results show that the vacuum distribution on XiPAF synchronous ring is relatively uniform, and the overall vacuum design meets the requirements. The dedicated vacuum chambers and vacuum joints are introduced, and the operation of XiPAF vacuum system is described. The results show that the vacuum system runs well and can meet the requirements of beam operation.
