【Abstract】 The overall scheme of the steering wheel memory function hydraulic steering unit is determined. The oil compensating valve, steering wheel sensor and controller, and wheel sensor are designed and selected, the prototype is tested in the forklift, and the test results show that the memory accuracy ≤15° that design goal is achieved, and the accurate corresponding relationship between the steering wheel and the wheel is realized.
