【摘要】 目的探讨药品自动检测系统VIZEN用于全自动药品分包机摆药的检测效果。方法收集并对比医院2020年3月连续21个工作日内VIZEN系统与人工检测所用时间、检出错误包数、检出错误率,评价VIZEN系统的应用效果,并分析存在的问题。结果 VIZEN系统检测平均每包用时(1.39±0.09) s,人工检测平均每包用时(1.78±0.08) s,两者有显著差异(P <0.01);人工检测的准确度为VIZEN系统的54.42%。结论 VIZEN系统能提高药品的摆药效率和准确度,降低患者的用药风险。但其检测过程中存在一些假性错误,需加以改进,以进一步提高工作效率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the detection effect of the VIZEN automatic medicine vision inspection system in the automatic tablet dispensing and packaging system. Methods The application effect of VIZEN was evaluated by comparing the detection time,the number of error packets and the error rate with manual detection within 21 consecutive working days in our hospital in March 2020,and the existing problems were analyzed. Results The average time per package detected by the VIZEN system was( 1. 39 ± 0. 09) s,which was significantly different from( 1. 78 ± 0. 08) s by manual detection( P < 0. 01). The accuracy of manual detection was 54. 42%of the VIZEN system. Conclusion The application of VIZEN can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of drug dispensing,but also reduce the risk of medication for patients. However,there are some false errors in the detection process of the VIZEN system,which need to be improved to further improve the work efficiency.
