【摘要】 目的为传承福建中药特色炮制技术而形成自主知识产权的特色炮制品种提供参考。方法通过查阅近现代中医药文献和调研寻访福建老药工等方式,探析福建橘红的今昔与药用兴衰。结果与结论福建橘红在现代分为橘皮类橘红和柚皮类橘红两类。福建橘红的应用兴于宋,盛行于明清时期,但因橘皮类橘红加工费时、产量低,自20世纪50年代起产量逐渐减少,到60年代已基本被柚皮类橘红代替。当前无论调剂配方,还是配制成药,均配付柚类皮橘红。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide a reference for inheriting the characteristic processing technology of traditional Chinese medicine in Fujian Province and forming the characteristic processing varieties with independent intellectual property rights. Methods By referring to the modern Chinese medical literature and investigating the old medicine workers in Fujian Province,the present and the past of Citri Exocarpium Rubrum from Fujian Province and its medicinal rise and decline were analyzed. Results and Conclusion In modern times,the sources of Citri Exocarpium Rubrum from Fujian Province are Citrus grandis and Citrus reticulata. The application of Citri Exocarpium Rubrum from Fujian Province flourished in the Song Dynasty,prevailed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Due to the time-consuming processing and low yield of Citri Exocarpium Rubrum,its production has gradually decreased since the 1950 s,which has been replaced by Citri Grandis Exocarpium in the 1960 s. At present,regardless of the dispensing formula or the preparation of finished medicine,it should be prepared with Citri Grandis Exocarpium.更多还原
