【摘要】 目的探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药品闭环追溯体系的建立,以及药品追溯码应用的意义。方法以复旦大学附属华山医院北院为样本医院,采用阿里健康码上放心追溯码和中国药品电子监管码构建PIVAS的药品闭环追溯体系,并对该院PIVAS药品追溯体系的应用进行分析。结果药品追溯码不仅可用于PIVAS信息管理系统中的输液标签生成、输液计费、输液进出仓核对、库存盘点等模块中,还可查询药品的来源、批次、药品状态。结论建立的医院PIVAS药品闭环追溯体系,可有效保障药品质量和患者安全用药,让药品身份更清晰,使问题药品追查更及时、迅速。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a drug closed-loop traceability system of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),and to investigate the significance of the application of drug traceability code. Methods The Huashan North Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University was taken as the sample hospital,and AliHealth’s Code-on-Trust-Tracing Code and China Drug Electronic Supervision Code were used to establish the closed-loop tracing system of the PIVAS,and the drug tracing system of the PIVAS in our hospital was analyzed. Results The drug traceability code can not only be used in the functions of the PIVAS information management system,such as the generation of infusion label,the recording of infusion fee,the check of infusion in and out of the warehouse,the statistics of infusion quantity,etc.,but also can be used to query the source and batch of drugs,and the status of drugs. Conclusion The establishment of the closed-loop drug traceability system of the PIVAS in our hospital can effectively ensure the quality of drugs and the medication safety of patients,it can make the identity of drugs clearer and make the tracing of the drugs with quality problems more timely and quickly.更多还原
