【摘要】 目的探讨影响三甲医院患者基层首诊意愿的主要影响因素,为推进实施分级诊疗制度、进一步完善相关政策提供参考依据。方法基于扩展版计划行为理论,利用结构方程模型对辽宁省三甲医院患者基层首诊意愿的影响因素和作用机制进行定量分析。结果患者的行为态度与基层首诊意愿有正相关性,知觉行为控制和意愿有正相关性,意愿与实际行为有正相关性,主观规范与意愿不具有相关性。结论患者基层首诊行为受到行为意愿、行为态度和知觉行为控制的影响。研究结果厘清了患者基层首诊意愿的影响因素及变量间逻辑关系,为解释和预测患者就医行为意向提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the main influencing factors of the first visit willingness of patients of primary hospital in tertiary public hospitals,so as to provide reference for promoting the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and further improving relevant policies. Methods Based on the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior,Structural Equation Model was used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors and mechanisms of patients’ first visit willingness of primary hospital in tertiary hospitals in Liaoning Province. Results There was a positive correlation between the behavior attitude of patients and the willingness of first visit,and there was a positive correlation between perceived behavior control and willingness,and there was a positive correlation between willingness and actual behavior,but there was no correlation between subjective norms and willingness. Conclusion The behavior of primary treatment was influenced by behavioral intention,behavior attitude and perceived behavior control.The results of this study clarified the influencing factors and the logical relationship among variables of patients’ willingness to first visit at the grassroots level,so as to provide reference for the interpretation and prediction of patients’ intention to seek medical treatment.更多还原
