氟喹诺酮类药物胶原蛋白相关不良反应

【摘要】 氟喹诺酮类药物具有广谱抗菌、强杀菌活性、低毒性及高疗效等诸多优点,临床广泛应用于多种细菌感染的治疗,但不良反应的报道也呈逐年增多趋势,对不良反应的发生及机制研究也逐渐深入,其中氟喹诺酮类药物干扰胶原蛋白合成降解的平衡被认为在多种不良反应中发挥重要作用。该文综述近年来国内外公开发表的相关文献,较为全面地概述了氟喹诺酮类药物的胶原蛋白相关不良反应的临床表现与分子机制研究领域的进展,以期引起临床医师、药师、护师的关注,为临床安全、合理使用氟喹诺酮类药物提供参考。

【Abstract】 Since fluoroquinolones are characterized by broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, strong bactericidal activity, low toxicity and high efficacy, fluoroquinolones drugs have become a commonly used anti-infective drugs in clinical practice.However, with the application of fluoroquinolones becoming more and more widely, there are more and more reports about its adverse reactions, which are increasing year by year.Therefore, the study on the occurrence and mechanism of adverse reactions has gradually deepened.Among them, fluoroquinolones drugs interfere with the balance of collagen synthesis and degradation, which are considered to play an important role in a variety of adverse reactions.In this paper, the relevant literatures published in recent years both at domestic and abroad is reviewed to provide a more comprehensive overview of the clinical manifestations of collagen-related adverse effects of fluoroquinolones and progress in the field of molecular mechanisms of research, thus hoping to draw the attention of clinicians, pharmacists, and nurses.At the same time, for the clinical safety and rational use of fluoroquinolones drugs to provide some reference.
