心理资本视角下北京高校教师职业倦怠与心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】 目的调查北京高校教师心理健康现状,在验证高校教师心理健康水平与职业倦怠的关系基础上,进一步探讨心理资本的中介作用。方法采用横断面调查设计,于2018年11月至2019年3月在北京9所高校方便取样318名高校教师,使用"北京居民心理健康量表""心理资本问卷""职业倦怠量表中国版"进行现场匿名调查,测量高校教师的心理健康水平、心理资本水平及职业倦怠程度。结果本调查共发出问卷331份,获得有效问卷318份,有效回收率为96.07%。北京高校教师心理健康各维度及总分呈中等水平。不同性别、婚姻状况、年龄高校教师在心理健康各维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。心理健康水平与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.51,P <0.01),职业倦怠与心理健康水平及心理资本均呈负相关(r=-0.70、-0.41,P <0.01)。心理健康水平无法直接预测职业倦怠,是通过心理资本的完全中介作用预测职业倦怠。结论北京高校教师心理健康水平较好,心理资本处于中等偏上水平的同时,职业倦怠呈现较轻。心理资本在心理健康与职业倦怠中起到了完全中介作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of teachers’ mental health in Beijing colleges and universities, and on the basis of verifying the relationship between the level of college teachers’ mental health and job burnout, further explore the mediating role of psychological capital. Methods Using the cross-sectional survey design, a total of 318 college teachers were conveniently sampled in nine colleges and universities in Beijing from November 2018 to March2019. The “Beijing residents mental health scale”, “psychological capital questionnaire”, and “occupational burnout scale china version” were used to conduct an on-site anonymous survey, in order to messure the level of mental health,psychological capital and job burnout of college teachers. Results A total of 331 questionnaires were sent out in this survey, and 318 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the effective response rate was 96.07%. The various dimensions and total scores of the mental health of teachers in colleges and universities in Beijing were at an intermediate level.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of college teachers of different genders, marital status, and ages in various dimensions of mental health(P < 0.05). Mental health level was positively correlated with mental capital(r = 0.51, P < 0.01), while job burnout was negatively correlated with mental health level and mental capital(r =-0.70,-0.41, P < 0.01). The level of mental health could not directly predict job burnout, but it predicted job burnout through the complete mediating effect of psychological capital. Conclusion Teachers in Beijing colleges and universities have relatively good mental health, while their psychological capital is at the upper-middle level, while job burnout is relatively mild. Psychological capital plays a complete mediating role in mental health and job burnout.
