【Abstract】 In the context of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era, the economic society and the traditional Chinese medicine industry need more compound talents related to the management of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper analyzes the profound connotation of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era, and analyzes the opportunities of traditional Chinese medicine management personnel training from the perspective of "One Belt And One Road" initiative, traditional Chinese medicine modernization and the demand generated by the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.
