【摘要】 目的:了解乐山市医院在职男护士健康素养水平,为制定针对性干预措施提供依据。方法:使用全国居民健康素养监测调查问卷(2012版)对乐山市区域内医院在职男护士进行问卷调查。结果:总共获得82份有效调查问卷,乐山市64.63%的男护士具备健康素养水平,其中73.17%具备基本知识和理念素养、63.41%具备健康生活方式与行为素养、65.85%具备基本健康技能素养。6类健康问题素养比例由高到低分别是:健康信息素养(89.02%)、安全与急救素养(87.80%)、科学健康观素养(84.15%)、基本医疗素养(51.22%)、传染病防治素养(43.90%)及慢性病防治素养(42.68%)。结论:乐山市男护士健康素养水平有较大提升空间,应采取多种方式,加强慢性病防治和传染病防治等薄弱知识的宣传教育和培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the health literacy level of male nurses in Leshan City,and to provide a basis for the development of targeted intervention measures. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among in-service male nurses in hospitals in Leshan using the National Resident Health Literacy Surveillance Questionnaire( 2012 version) Results: A total of 82 valid questionnaires were obtained. 64. 63% of male nurses in Leshan had health literacy; of them,73. 17% had basic knowledge and concept literacy,63. 41% had healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy,and 65. 85% had basic health skill literacy. The proportion of literacy of the 6 types of health problems from high to low was as follows: health information literacy( 89. 02%),safety and first aid literacy( 87. 80%),scientific health view literacy( 84. 15%),basic medical literacy( 51. 22%),infectious disease prevention literacy( 43. 90%) and chronic disease prevention literacy( 42. 68%). Conclusion: The health literacy level of male nurses in Leshan still needs to be improved.
