【摘要】 根据人工智能产业需求侧与供给侧的大数据调查和问卷调查的对比分析,发现目前我国高校人工智能专业人才供给与市场需求之间存在人才培养质量不高、有效供给不足、供需结构失衡、地域分布不均等矛盾问题。针对问题的解决,从政府、高等教育系统、高校三个层面提出围绕产业群布局学科专业群、建立均衡多样的人才培养体系、扩大"AI+X"专业布局、探索校企"无缝对接"式人才培养、建立外延型跨学科组织五项改革策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the comparative analysis of big data and questionnaires surveys on the demand side and the supply side of the artificial intelligence industry, it is found that there are several problems, such as low quality training, insufficient effective supply, unbalanced supply and demand structure, and uneven geographical distribution between the supply of artificial intelligence professionals in China’s higher institutions and the market demand. To solve these problems, five reform measures are proposed at the three levels of the government, higher education system, and universities. Including arranging discipline specialty groups around the industrial clusters, establishing a balanced and diverse talent training system, expanding the “AI+X” professional layout, exploring the “seamless docking” of school-enterprise talent training and establish extended interdisciplinary organizations.更多还原
