【摘要】 应当从当代医学全局出发认识和评估叙事医学，充分发挥叙事医学的潜力；逐步将叙事医学融入现行常规医疗程序，从体制外进入体制内；促成将平行病历扩展为与科学实证为支撑的循证医学相对应的，以理解患者对病痛的体验、感受及其对诊治的感触为依托的，重视影响生命和健康的非生物学因素为主体的平行医疗线；促成医学既反映疾病同时也反映患者主体诉求，既有生物学层面的个体化也有心理、社会、人文层面的个体化的全人医学，使叙事医学成为现代临床医学的重要组成部分，为患者提供更为满意的医疗服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Narrative medicine should be understood and evaluated from the overall situation of contemporary medicine, to substantially release its potentiality. Narrative medicine should be gradually integrated into current medical routines, entering the system. From parallel charts to parallel medical care, it will be supported by evidence-based medicine, relying on the understanding to patients’ experience, feelings and reflections, emphasizing on non-biological factors that affect life and health as the main body. The study promotes that medicine is a reflection of both disease and patients’ main appeal, an individualized whole-person medicine from both biological level and psychological, social and humanity level, furthering narrative medicine an important part of modern clinical medicine with better medical service.更多还原
