【摘要】 叙事医学是实现医学科学与医学人文较好融合的有效手段。为了更好地向临床医学工作者推广叙事医学的理念、方法并促进叙事医学的临床应用,对990名国内实践叙事医学的医务人员进行了问卷调查。将调查结果从叙事医学认知概况、在临床实践中运用叙事医学方式、对叙事医学作用和功能的认知以及叙事医学推广方式四个角度进行分析。结果表明,叙事医学在国内还处于方兴未艾的起始阶段;叙事医学在临床实践中的功能和作用已经得到了医务人员的认可和证实;叙事医学融入临床实践需要医院提供制度保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practice of narrative medicine has been proved to be an effective approach to integrate medical science and medical humanities. In order to promote the recognition and application of the ideas and methods of narrative medicine in clinical practice, this study investigated 990 narrative medicine practitioners and statistically analyzed from four perspectives: the general cognition of narrative medicine, the application of narrative medicine in clinical practice, the cognition of the role and function of narrative medicine, and the suggested approaches for the popularization of narrative medicine. The results suggest that the practice of narrative medicine in China is still in an earlier stage of development, the role and function of narrative medicine in clinical practice has been recognized and identified by clinical practitioners, but the integration of narrative medicine into clinical practice still requires institutional guarantee.更多还原
