【摘要】 为全面了解叙事医学在我国的发展状况,调查了990名实践叙事医学的医务人员。调查显示,叙事医学研究形成核心地域,但总体认知度仍较低;科室以内科和外科为主,但各科室都有分布;认可叙事医学作用,认为需要在临床中推广,并在全部医疗机构开展;推进困难在于临床工作繁忙及对叙事医学缺乏了解。由此得出结论,叙事医学在我国已发展了核心阵地,并形成逐步向全国扩散的格局;叙事医学开拓临床与护理两大领域,在各科室"遍地开花";叙事医学发展的关键在于融入现行医疗程序;叙事医学的学科建设快速跟进,但尚未成熟;叙事医学推广面临外部与内部的双重困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to learn the development of narrative medicine in China, 990 narrative medicine practitioners were surveyed. The survey reveals essential study areas in narrative medicine research, yet without proper recognition. It is practiced in most departments sporadically, and mainly in internal medicine and surgical department. The role of narrative medicine is approved, and narrative medicine is recommended to be promoted in clinical medicine and medical institutions. Current promotion is trapped by tremendous workload and professional deficit in narrative medicine. In conclusion, narrative medicine has formed core study areas in China, and gradually earns popularity across the country. Narrative medicine has developed two major fields in clinical and nursing, carrying out its exploration in various departments. The key to the development of narrative medicine is how to integrate into current medical procedures. Discipline construction is proceeding accordingly, but there’s still room for improvement. The promotion of narrative medicine is facing both external and internal obstacles.更多还原
