【摘要】 肺癌是目前发病率和死亡率位居首位的恶性肿瘤。近年随着低剂量螺旋CT筛查的发展和普及,微小肺癌的检出率越来越高。当前,肺癌治疗理念呈现了很多新变化,同样也带来了很多新思考:肺癌发病率的增高是否缘于广泛的CT筛查?肺癌的早诊早治有无"尽头"?肺癌手术的生物学和社会心理学考量,肺癌手术后给患者带来的思想负担等。这些都是当代肺癌外科不可回避的现实,而当前治疗指南少有关注和思考。希望这些来自哲学层面和人文视角的问题能够引起我们的重视和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lung cancer tops the list in the incidence and mortality of all malignant tumors.With the development and improved availability of low-dose computed tomography(CT), an increasing number of patients are clinically diagnosed with lung cancer manifesting as ground-glass nodules. At present, treatment concept of lung cancer presents a lot of new changes, but also brings about a lot of new thinking. Is the increased incidence of lung cancer due to extensive chest CT screening? Will the early diagnosis and the early treatment of lung cancer arrive at a terminus ultimately? And there are biological and social psychological considerations of the surgical strategy and thought burden of lung cancer patients after surgery. All these problems are the unavoidable reality in the surgical treatment of lung cancer in modern times, but are rarely concerned in current treatment guidelines. We hope the investigation of these problems from philosophical and humanistic perspectives will attract more attentions and lead to further research.更多还原
