【摘要】 通过综合文献,分析中国传统文化的女性群体基于社会心理因素形成围产期抑郁症的发展过程,为更精准地实施心理干预做铺垫。经过对众多因素之间的互动关联分析,以及因素对抑郁症状的形成发展的影响研究,发现抑郁症状与自杀风险的最近端影响因素是绝望感和心理痛苦;其次是挫折耐受和抑郁认知;最远端是消极文化和社会逆境。可根据近端和远端的因素,进行模块化精准干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through comprehensive literature, this article analyzes the development process of postpartum depression caused by psychosocial factors of female groups in traditional Chinese culture, and paves the way for precise psychological interventions. Through interactive and correlative analysis of many factors, their effects on depression is studied. The result shows: the most influential factors of depression and suicide risk are despair and psychological distress, frustration tolerance and depression cognition come next, the least ones are negative culture and social adversity. Therefore, precise interventions could be done according to these factors.更多还原
