【摘要】 在临床实践中,每个医生都是按照其习惯性的思维、行为方式来进行诊疗及临床决策的,医生的决策是否合理受其主体意识层次高低的影响。系统介绍医生主体意识的概念、组成内容、形成的影响因素、高低层次的划分及临床表现形式,并结合临床案例进一步论述了医生主体意识的高低对患者的临床诊断、治疗方案的制定及和谐的医患关系起到了至关重要的作用。总结医生高层次主体意识能更好地做出合理的临床决策,而高层次的主体意识的培养与医学科学精神、职业道德、人文医学精神及良好品质有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In clinical practice, medical treatments and decisions are usually made by doctors’ routine thinking and behavior, which are easily affected by the state of their subjective consciousness. This paper systematically introduces the concept, composition, influencing factors, level division and clinical manifestations of doctors’ subjective consciousness, and further discusses that the level of doctors’ subjective consciousness plays a vital role in the clinical diagnosis, treatment and harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Doctors with high-level subjective consciousness can better make sound clinical decisions. The cultivation of subjective consciousness highly relys on medical scientific spirit, professional ethics, medical humanistic spirit and good morality.更多还原
