【摘要】 阿玛蒂亚·森的可行能力理论从"实质的"意义上重新定义了自由的含义,将人的自由和发展置入了一个基于可行能力的全新分析框架,并由此引申出对于正义标准的重构。通过论述可行能力理论与医养结合养老模式的关系,从实质自由、公平正义和福利效用三方面,阐述该理论对医养结合养老模式的启示作用。进而提出优化医养结合养老模式的路径,即以健康为中心,重构医养结合养老概念;拓宽覆盖范围,保障医养结合公平正义;重视服务利用,提升医养结合实际效用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Amartya Sen’s capabilities approach redefines the meaning of freedom in the sense of " substantial",bringing human’s freedom and development into a new analytical framework based on capability,and thus extends the reconstruction of justice standards.This paper discusses the relationship between capability approach and the integration of medical and elderly care.It proves implication of capability approach to the integration of medical and elderly care from three aspects of substantive freedom,welfare utility and justice.Then,it puts forward the path to optimize the integration of medical and elderly care,that is taking health as the center,reconstructing the concept of the integration of medical and elderly care;expanding coverage,ensuring the justice of the integration of medical and elderly care;paying attention to service utilization,improving the service effectiveness of the integration of medical and elderly care.更多还原
