【摘要】 目的:探讨医用植介入医疗器械在临床应用中的合理监测与管理,控制医用耗材费用不合理增长。方法:针对2018年之前医院植介入医疗器械管理中存在的主要问题,借助信息技术手段,完善植介入医疗器械准入管理流程,建立植介入医疗器械监管分析机制,加强管理部门人才队伍建设,完善植介入医疗器械管理,转变医生用械考核评价模式,加强信息化建设,对植介入医疗器械使用过程进行监测与管理。结果:通过对植介入医疗器械合理使用监测与分析管理,有效避免了医用耗材费用的不合理增长。2019年全年医院出院人次同比增长29.54%,手术人次同比增长45.53%,而卫生材料费用同比仅增长18.47%。结论:植介入医疗器械管理需要多部门的共同参与,通过完成准入管理流程和应用过程监控,能够满足临床对耗材的应用需求和管理部门对耗材费用不合理增长的监控与调节的实际需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the reasonable monitoring and management of medical implant intervention medical devices in clinical application and control the unreasonable increase of medical consumable cost. Methods: In view of the main problems existing in the management of medical devices for implant intervention in hospitals by 2018, by virtue of information technology, the access management process of medical devices for implantation intervention was improved, a regulatory and analysis mechanism for medical devices for implantation intervention was established, the construction of talent teams of management departments was strengthened, the management of medical devices for implantation intervention was improved, the assessment and evaluation mode for use of medical devices for doctors was changed, and the construction of information technology was strengthened to monitor and manage the use process of medical devices for implant intervention. Results: Through the reasonable use of implant medical instruments monitoring and analysis management, the unreasonable increase of medical consumable costs was effectively avoided. In 2019, the number of hospital discharge increased by 29.54% year on year, the number of surgeries increased by 45.53% year on year, while the cost of sanitary materials increased by only 18.47% year on year. Conclusion: The management of implant intervention medical devices requires the joint participation of multiple departments and the results show that by completing the admission management process and application process monitoring, it can meet the clinical requirements for consumables and the actual needs of management for monitoring and adjusting the unreasonable increase of consumable costs.更多还原
