【摘要】 目的:探究高频彩超联合低频彩超在非典型性急性阑尾炎诊断中的效果以及临床价值。方法:在本院接受治疗的非典型性急性阑尾炎患者当中抽选80例作为本文的观察对象,上述患者均为2019年3月—2020年5月入院。分别为患者实施低频彩超检查、高频彩超检查,比较单独检查以及联合检查的诊断符合率情况。结果:高频彩超联合低频彩超诊断非典型性急性阑尾炎的诊断符合率明显高于高频彩超检查、低频彩超检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频彩超联合低频彩超在非典型性急性阑尾炎诊断中可以准确检出疾病,对疾病治疗方案的制定有重要指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of atypical acute appendicitis.Methods Among the patients with atypical acute appendicitis treated in this hospital,80 cases were selected as the observation objects in this article.The above-mentioned patients were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to May 2020.Carry out low frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination for patients respectively,and compare the diagnosis coincidence rate of single examination and combined examination.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of atypical acute appendicitis was significantly higher than that of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and low frequency color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with low frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately detect the disease in the diagnosis of atypical acute appendicitis,which has important guiding significance for the formulation of disease treatment programs.更多还原
