【摘要】 目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素3(sIL-3)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平变化意义及与凝血功能相关性。方法选取南阳市中心医院74例AL患儿作为观察组,其中凝血功能正常13例,凝血功能异常61例,另选取同期健康体检者74例作为对照组。比较两组血清sIL-3、VEGF、25-(OH)D3水平,分析上述血清各指标与AL的关系,并比较观察组不同凝血功能患儿基线资料、血清各指标水平,分析血清各指标水平、基线资料与凝血功能的相关性。结果观察组血清s IL-3、VEGF水平高于对照组,25-(OH)D3水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清sIL-3、VEGF、25-(OH)D3水平与急性白血病有关(P<0.05)。AL患儿凝血功能异常与乳酸脱氢酶、组织肿瘤负荷、肝功能不良、血清sIL-3、VEGF水平呈正相关关系,与25-(OH)D3水平呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。血清s IL-3、VEGF、25-(OH)D3水平仍与AL患儿凝血功能相关(P<0.05)。结论血清sIL-3、VEGF、25-(OH)D3水平在AL患儿中异常表达,有望评估AL患儿凝血功能异常的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of serum soluble interleukin 3(sIL-3),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-（OH）D3]levels in children with acute leukemia(AL)and their correlation with coagulation function. Methods 74 children with AL in Nanyang Central Hospital were selected as the observation group,including 13 cases of normal coagulation function and61 cases of abnormal coagulation function,and 74 cases of healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of serum sIL-3,VEGF and 25-（OH）D3 between the two groups were compared. The relationship between the above serum indicators and AL was analyzed. The baseline data and serum levels of three indicators in children with different coagulation functions in the observation group were compared,and the correlation between serum indicators,baseline data and coagulation function was analyzed. Results The serum levels of sIL-3 and VEGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of 25-（OH）D3 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum sIL-3,VEGF and 25-（OH）D3 were related to acute leukemia(P<0.05). Abnormal coagulation function in children with AL was positively correlated with lactate dehydrogenase,tissue tumor load,poor liver function,serum s IL-3 and VEGF levels,and negatively correlated with 25-（OH）D3 levels(P<0.05). The levels of serum s IL-3,VEGF and 25-(OH)D3 are related to coagulation function in children with AL.Conclusion Sserum s IL-3,VEGF and 25-(OH)D3 levels are abnormally expressed in children with AL,which is expected to be an important means for evaluating abnormal blood coagulation function in children with AL.更多还原
