【摘要】 目的探讨利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊治疗肺结核的疗效。方法选取本院2019年6月至2020年6月84例肺结核患者作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组（n=42）和对照组（n=42）,对照组予以环丝氨酸胶囊治疗,观察组予以利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、治疗前后肝功能[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）]、免疫功能[CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺]、血清干扰素-γ（INF-γ）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）水平。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.48%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组痰培养转阴时间、空洞闭合时间、病灶吸收缩小时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后AST、ALT、ALP低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后血清INF-γ水平高于对照组,IL-6、TGF-β水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸胶囊治疗能缓解肺结核患者的临床症状,减少肝功能损伤程度,提高免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of linezolid combined with cycloserine capsule on tuberculosis. Methods A total of 84 patients with tuberculosis in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects from June 2019 to June 2020. They were divided into the observation group（n=42）and the control group（n=42）by random number table method. The control group was treated with cycloserine capsule,while the observation group was additionally treated with linezolid. The clinical curative effect,symptoms improvement time,levels of liver function[aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,alkaline phosphatase（ALP）],immune function[CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺],serum interferon-γ（INF-γ）,interleukin-6（IL-6）and transforming growth factor-β（TGF-β）before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（90.48% vs 73.81%）（P<0.05）. The time for sputum culture to become negative,the time for cavity closure,and the time for lesion absorption and reduction in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment,the AST,ALT and ALP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The level of serum INF-γwas higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TGF-βwere lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Linezolid combined with cycloserine capsule can relieve the clinical symptoms of tuberculosis patients,reduce the degree of liver damage,and enhance immune function.更多还原
