【摘要】 目的研究经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗粘连性小肠梗阻的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年9月-2021年8月在我院诊治的98例粘连性小肠梗阻患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规胃肠减压,观察组采用经鼻肠梗阻导管,比较两组治疗总有效率、肠梗阻临床治疗指标比较、住院时间、日平均减压引流量以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.91%,高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05);观察组腹痛缓解时间、排气排便恢复时间、气液平面消失时间均短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,日平均减压引流量大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的14.28%(P<0.05)。结论经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗粘连性小肠梗阻效果确切,可提高治疗总有效率,促进临床症状改善,增加减压引流量,且并发症发生率低,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of transnasal ileus tube in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 98 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine gastrointestinal decompression, and the observation group was treated with transnasal ileus tube. The total effective rate, clinical treatment index of intestinal obstruction, hospitalization time, daily average decompression drainage and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.91%, which was higher than 81.63% of the control group(P<0.05). The abdominal pain relief time, exhaust defecation recovery time and gas-liquid plane disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, and the daily average decompression drainage volume was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.12%, which was lower than 14.28% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transnasal ileus tube is effective in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, increase decompression drainage, and the incidence of complications is low,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
