阿托伐他汀钙联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP和同型半胱氨酸水平的影响
The Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Edaravone on hs-CRP and Homocysteine Levels in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
【摘要】 目的研究阿托伐他汀钙联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者hs-CRP和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2020年6月在我院诊治的125例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=62)和观察组(n=63)。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较两组临床治疗疗效、NIHSS评分、血清hsCRP、Hcy水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.47%,高于对照组的80.64%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.34%,与对照组的4.83%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死效果确切,可改善神经功能缺损,降低血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平,且不增加不良反应。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with edaravone on hs-CRP and homocysteine(Hcy) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 125 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the main research object, randomly divided into control group(n =62) and observation group(n =63). The control group was treated with edaravone, the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical curative effect, NIHSS score, serum hs-CRP, Hcy level and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was90.47%, which was higher than 80.64% of control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); the hs-CRP、Hcy level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.34% in the observation group, which was compared with 4.83% of the control group, with no significant difference( P >0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve the neurological deficit, reduce the serum levels of hs-CRP and Hcy, and does not increase adverse reactions.
