【摘要】 目的探讨太仓市60岁以上老年人群髋部骨折发病的流行病学情况。方法选取2011年1月1日～2013年12月31日一家市级医院和一家乡镇医院住院治疗的老年髋部骨折患者211例。通过随访方式调查患者基本情况,比较患者治疗方式、死亡率等情况。结果本次研究共有211例患者获得随访,股骨颈骨折91例,股骨粗隆间骨折120例,手术治疗157例,保守治疗54例;市级医院手术治疗比例为84.39%,高于乡镇医院的28.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访期内保守治疗死亡率为64.81%,高于手术治疗的10.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太仓地区髋部骨折以女性患者更为常见。受文化程度和饮食习惯的影响,对骨质疏松症的认识和预防不足。加强对太仓地区骨质疏松症的高发人群进行骨质疏松症的医学知识宣教并采取综合的防治措施有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiology of hip fracture in the elderly over 60 years old in Taicang.Methods A total of 211 elderly hip fracture patients who were hospitalized in a municipal hospital and a township hospital from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013 were selected.Investigate the basic conditions of the patients through follow-up, and compare the treatment methods and mortality of the patients. Results A total of 211 patients were followed up in this study, including 91 cases of femoral neck fractures, 120 cases of femoral intertrochanter fractures, 157 cases of surgical treatment, and 54 cases of conservative treatment;The rate of surgical treatment in municipal hospitals was 84.39%, which was higher than 28.95% in township hospitals,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);During the follow-up period, the mortality rate of conservative treatment was 64.81%, which was higher than the 10.83% of surgical treatment,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion Hip fractures in Taicang are more common in female patients. Affected by education level and eating habits, the awareness and prevention of osteoporosis are insufficient.It is of great significance to strengthen the medical knowledge education of osteoporosis and take comprehensive prevention and treatment measures for the high-risk population of osteoporosis in Taicang area.更多还原
