【摘要】 腰椎退行性疾病是指腰椎随着年龄增长发生退行性病变所形成的一组疾病总称,包括退变性腰椎滑脱、腰椎间盘突出症等,主要表现为疼痛、肌力改变等症状,严重影响患者身心健康及生活质量。而椎旁肌作为脊柱稳定和运动功能的重要结构之一,研究表明其与腰椎退行性疾病密切相关。本文就椎旁肌与退变性腰椎滑脱症、腰椎间盘突出症、退变性腰椎管狭窄症、退变性脊柱侧凸的关系作一综述,旨在为其临床治疗提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lumbar degenerative disease refers to a group of diseases formed by degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine with age, including degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar disc herniation, etc.Mainly manifested as pain, muscle strength changes and other symptoms, which seriously affect the patient’s physical and mental health and quality of life.As one of the important structures of spinal stability and motor function, the paraspinal muscles are closely related to degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine.This article reviews the relationship between paravertebral muscles and degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar disc herniation, degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, and degenerative scoliosis, aiming to provide a reference for its clinical treatment.更多还原
