海口市三甲医院护理人员工作应激现况调查
Investigation on the Current Situation of Work Stress Among Nurses in Third-Grade A Hospitals in Haikou
【摘要】 目的了解目前海口市三甲医院护理人员工作应激状况,为缓解护理人员工作压力提供理论依据。方法于2018年5月,采用多级随机抽样的方法,对海口市三家三甲医院601名护理人员的工作应激情况进行调查,分析不同年龄、护龄、科室以及聘用方式等特征对护士工作应激情况的影响。结果护士工作应激量表得分(124.63±22.43)分,其中高度工作应激者占14.98%,正常工作应激者占81.53%,低工作应激者占3.49%;不同年龄、护龄、学历以及聘用方式的护士工作应激量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同医院、科室、职称的护士工作应激量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海口市三甲医院护士工作应激状况处于一般水平,但有少部分护士工作应激状况较严重,需引起护理人员管理者的重视;另外,医院、科室、职称可能是影响护士工作应激的因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the stress status of nursing staff in Haikou Third-Grade A Hospital, and to provide a basis for alleviating the stress of nursing staff.Methods In May 2018, a multi-stage random sampling method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey on the work stress of 601 nursing staff in Third-Grade A Hospitalin Haikou city with different age, nursing age, departments anddifferentemploymentmethods. Results The nurses’ work stress scale score(124.63±22.43), of which 14.98% were highly stressed at work, 81.53% are stressed at normal work, and 3.49%were stressed at low work;There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the nurses’ work stress scale for different ages, nursing ages,education backgrounds, and employment methods(P>0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of nurses’ job stress scales in different hospitals, departments, and professional titles(P<0.05).Conclusion The work stress of nurses in Third-Grade A Hospitalin Haikou City is at a general level, but a small number of nurses have serious work stress, which needs to be paid attention to by nursing staff managers; in addition,hospitals, departments, and professional titles may be factors affecting nurses’ work stress.
