【摘要】 新冠疫情的全球肆虐导致了人类正在面临自二战以来的最大发展危机。高等教育国际化作为经济全球化、政治多极化、文化多元化外溢至高等教育领域的现象,正经历着前所未有的挑战。在高等教育国际化正愈加成为各国提升软实力与形塑国家形象的战略工具的现实背景下,确保高等教育国际化的可持续性、高质量发展,为高校发展寻求共同的理念遵循、价值定位与路径依托,成为各国政府面临的普遍议题。在后疫情时代,全球政治权力格局的重组、新民族主义的兴起、中国高等教育品牌价值内涵不够及缺乏全球认同等将成为中国深化高等教育国际交流合作,促成新一轮高等教育对外开放的外部挑战与内生阻隔。因此,中国应适时调整高等教育国际交流合作的战略重心、方法路径等,在进一步形塑中国高等教育的内涵与特色、持续提升中国高等教育的国际显示度、寻求更广泛的文化认同、构建大学共同体、完善非政府性的教育中介组织等方面进行探索与创新,寻求针对时代困境的破题之法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The global turmoil of the COVID-19 has caused mankind to face the greatest development crisis since World War II. Internationalization of higher education is experiencing unprecedented challenges as a phenomenon of economic globalization, political multi-polarization and cultural diversification spilling over into the field of higher education. Under the realistic background that higher education internationalization is increasingly becoming a strategic tool for countries to enhance soft power and shape the image of the country, it is a common issue facing governments of countries across the world to ensure the sustainability and high-quality development of higher education internationalization, and seek common philosophy compliance, value positioning and path relying for university development. However, Chinese universities will encounter challenges in their efforts to deepen the internationalization of higher education and achieve a new round of higher education opening-up to the world due to such factors as the reorganization of the global political power structure, the widespread rise of new nationalism, the inadequacy of Chinese higher education brand values, and the lack of global recognition. In order to seek solutions to the dilemma of the times in the internationalization of higher education, China should adjust its strategic focus and methodological path in international exchange and cooperation of higher education, and make more exploration and innovation in the following aspects: further shaping the connotation and characteristics of Chinese higher education; continuously improving the international display of Chinese higher education; seeking a broader cultural identity; building a university community; and enhancing the non-governmental educational intermediary organizations.更多还原
