SVF-gel联合PRP注射在脂肪填充中的应用进展
Application progress of SVF-gel combined with PRP injection in fat filling
【摘要】 脂肪组织已经成为组织工程和再生医学中一个很有吸引力的细胞来源。但单纯的脂肪填充,脂肪存活率不高,后期吸收快,导致填充很难具备理想的效果。脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-gel)以及富血小板血浆(PRP)的衍生物:脂肪源性干细胞(ADSCs)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)、转化生长因子-表皮生长因子(TGF-EGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)通过旁分泌和分化机制在组织移植时中表现出强大的再生潜力。故本文针对此方式在脂肪填充中的作用机制、以及可能出现的问题和应用前景进行综述。
【Abstract】 Adipose tissue has become an attractive cell source in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. However, simple fat filling has a low fat survival rate and fast absorption in the later stage, which makes it difficult for the filling to have the desired effect.Derivatives of adipose stem cell gel(SVF-gel) and platelet rich plasma(PRP): adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs), platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF), transforming growth factor-epidermal growth factor(TGF-EGF), blood Endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) show strong regeneration potential during tissue transplantation through paracrine and differentiation mechanisms. Therefore, this article reviews the mechanism of action of this method in fat filling, as well as possible problems and application prospects.
