【摘要】 目的:调查重庆市医务人员职业暴露、职业风险的基本情况,为进一步加强医务人员职业安全与健康防护管理提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样法,抽取重庆市1800名医务人员,对其进行问卷调查。结果:共回收有效问卷1743份,医务人员职业暴露发生率达50.3%,护理人员与手术室医务人员是职业暴露的高危人群。医务人员职业风险认知指数较低,总体风险指数为4.36,不同类别、科室的医务人员职业风险均具有差异。结论:医务人员职业暴露发生率较高,为避免医务人员职业暴露的发生,提升医务人员职业安全防护意识,应根据医务人员实际情况分级分类开展职业健康防护培训,重视医务人员身心健康状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the basic situation of occupational exposure and occupational risk of medical staff in Chongqing, so as to provide references for further strengthening the management of occupational safety and health protection of medical staff. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 1800 medical staff in Chongqing to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results: A total of 1743 valid questionnaires were collected, and the incidence of occupational exposure among medical staff was 50.3%. Nursing staff and medical staff in operating room were the high-risk groups for occupational exposure. The occupational risk perception index of medical staff was low, the overall risk index was 4.36. The occupational risk of medical staff in different categories and departments were different. Conclusion: The incidence of occupational exposure of medical staff is relatively high. In order to avoid the occurrence of occupational exposure of medical staff and improve the awareness of occupational safety protection of medical staff, occupational health protection training should be carried out according to the actual condition of medical staff, and attention should be paid to the physical and mental health status of medical staff.更多还原
