深圳市流动人口与户籍人口网络健康信息搜寻行为差异及其影响因素

Differences of Online Health Information Searching Behavior Between Floating Population and Registered Population and Its Influencing Factors in Shenzhen City

【摘要】 目的:对比户籍人口与流动人口网络健康信息搜寻行为,分析影响两类居民网络健康信息搜寻行为因素的差异,为提升深圳市流动人口健康水平提供建议。方法:采用分层随机抽样法,在深圳市福田区选取1200户家庭开展问卷调查,采用卡方检验和多因素logistic回归进行人群搜寻行为差异及影响因素分析。结果:共得到有效样本3330人,78.64%的户籍人口搜寻网络健康信息,性别、年龄、受教育程度及医疗便利性影响户籍人口是否搜寻网络健康信息(P<0.05);64.93%的流动人口搜寻网络健康信息,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度及两周内病伤情况影响流动人口是否搜寻网络健康信息(P<0.05)。结论:相较户籍人口,流动人口网络健康信息搜寻行为发生率偏低,婚姻状况、代际差异及两周内病伤情况等因素对流动人口的搜寻行为产生了较大影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To Compare the online health information searching behaviors of registered and floating population, to analyze the differences in factors affecting the searching behaviors of the two types of residents, so as to provide suggestions for improving the health level of floating population in Shenzhen. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1200 households in Futian district of Shenzhen. Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the differences and influencing factors of population searching behavior. Results: A total of 3330 valid samples were obtained, 78.64% of registered population searched for online health information. Gender, age, education level and medical convenience affected whether registered population searched for online health information(P<0.05). 64.93% of floating population searched for online health information. Gender, age, marital status, education level, and illness within two weeks affected whether floating population searched for online health information(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with registered population, the incidence of online health information searching behaviors of floating population is lower. Factors such as marital status, intergenerational differences, and illness within two weeks have a great impact on the searching behaviors of floating population.
