【摘要】 目的了解云南省2018年成年居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率现状,为高血压防治提供科学依据。方法利用云南省2018年开展的成人慢性病与营养监测调查数据,采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取云南省10个县区18岁及以上常住居民为样本,分析云南省不同特征居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率。结果共抽取6106例调查对象,其中高血压患者1861例,高血压患病率为23.8%;在高血压患者中,高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为33.9%、28.2%和8.3%。非条件Logistic回归模型结果显示,性别、年龄、城乡、文化程度、民族、体质指数对高血压患病率和治疗率均有影响(均P<0.05),性别、年龄、城乡对高血压知晓率均有影响(均P<0.05),年龄、城乡、文化程度对高血压控制率均有影响(均P<0.05)。结论云南省2018年成年居民的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率整体水平较低,应进一步采取有效措施予以提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of hypertension in adults in Yunnan province in 2018,and to provide scientific basic for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Method Using data from the adult chronic disease and nutrition surveillance survey conducted in Yunnan province in 2018,adults aged above 18 years were selected through multistage clustering sampling in 10 counties and districts in Yunnan province,and to analyze the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of hypertension among local residents.Result A total of 6106 adults were included in the study,including 1861 patients with hypertension.The prevalence rate of hypertension was 23.8%.The awareness rate of hypertension was 33.9%.The treatment rate of hypertension was 28.2%.The control rate of hypertension was 8.3%.The results of unconditional Logistic regression model showed that gender,age,urban and rural areas,educational level,ethnic group and body mass index had influences on the prevalence and treatment rate of hypertension (all P<0.05),gender,age and urban and rural areas had effects on the awareness rate of hypertension (all P<0.05),while age,urban and rural areas and educational level had effects on the control rate of hypertension (all P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of hypertension among adult residents in Yunnan province in 2018 are low.So,effective public measures should be taken to enhance the rate of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension among residents in Yunnan province.更多还原
