【摘要】 目的探讨康复延伸训练联合微课对脑卒中偏瘫患者出院后康复效果的影响。方法抽取2019年10月—2020年6月期间广西壮族自治区民族医院收治的69例脑卒中偏瘫出院患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(34例),对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施康复延伸训练联合微课教育。分别于出院时、出院后1个月、出院后3个月比较2组肌张力评分、Barthel指数评分及焦虑评分、抑郁评分。结果出院后1个月、出院后3个月2组比较,观察组Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组,观察组肌张力评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施康复延伸训练联合微课,具有提高日常生活自理能力,改善心理状态的作用,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation extension training combined with mini-class on stroke patients with Hemiplegia after discharge from hospital.Methods 69 patients with stroke Hemiplegia discharged from our hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(34 cases),the observation group,on the basis of the control group,carried out rehabilitation and extension training combined with micro-class education,muscle tone score,Barthel Index Score,anxiety score and depression score were compared at discharge,one month after discharge and three months after discharge.Results One month after discharge and three months after discharge,the scores of Barthel index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of muscular tension,anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended rehabilitation training combined with mini-class can improve the ability of daily living and improve the mental state of patients with Hemiplegia.更多还原
