艾司西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响分析
Efficacy of Escitalopram combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and analysis of thyroid hormone
【摘要】 目的分析艾司西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗广泛性焦虑障碍疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响。方法纳入2018年9月—2019年3月佛山市第三人民医院收治的广泛性焦虑障碍患者100例,随机分为2组,对照组50例给予单纯艾司西酞普兰治疗,研究组50例给予艾司西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较2组患者临床效果、甲状腺激素、皮质醇及MCCB认知功能评分。结果研究组患者总有效率为96.00%,对照组为80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者T4水平、皮质醇水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者MCCB认知功能总评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗广泛性焦虑障碍临床效果显著,能够有效控制患者病情,降低甲状腺激素及皮质醇水平,改善认知功能,值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy of escitalopram combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and the effects of thyroid hormone.Methods 100 patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into 2 group,and the control group(n=50) was given Essie.In the treatment of sputum,the study group(n=50) was given escitalopram combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.The clinical effects,thyroid hormone,cortisol and MCCB cognitive function scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.00% in the study group and 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The T4 level and cortisol level in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MCCB in the study group The total score of cognitive function was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of escitalopram and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder has significant clinical effects,can effectively control the patient’s condition,reduce the thyroid hormone and cortisol levels,and improve the cognitive function of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
