【摘要】 近年研究发现,酒精依赖患者中抑郁症的患病率显著升高,而抑郁症患者中酒精依赖的发生率也较正常人群显著升高。酒精依赖和抑郁两者的共存给公共卫生和人类健康带来重大影响,而两者的早期发现和干预能显著降低对人类健康的危害。故酒精依赖伴抑郁这一精神共病逐渐引起社会的广泛关注。本文将从酒精依赖及抑郁的概念、酒精依赖伴抑郁的流行病学现状、相互关系和影响因素及干预方法进行综述,为酒精依赖伴抑郁心理干预提供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, studies have found that the prevalence of depression in patients with alcohol dependence is significantly higher, and the incidence of alcohol dependence in patients with depression is also significantly higher than that in normal people, and the coexistence of them has a significant impact on public health and human health. The early detection and intervention of alcohol dependence and depression can significantly reduce the harm to human health. So alcohol dependence with depression, a mental co-disease, has gradually aroused widespread concern in the society. This paper reviews the concept of alcohol dependence and depression, the epidemiological status, correlation, influencing factors and intervention methods of alcohol dependence with depression, so as to provide clinical reference for psychological intervention of alcohol dependence with depression.更多还原
