风景园林学科转专业大学生适应性分析及教育研究
Analysis and Educational Research on Adaptability of Undergraduates Majors Transferring of Landscape Architecture Subject
【摘要】 作为高校教育中普遍存在的一个现象,"转专业"问题在社会上一直受到普遍关注。随着转专业制度的不断完善,风景园林学科中转专业大学生的人数占比也在逐年提升,这对风景园林学科教育和景观行业的发展起到重要作用。目前,研究者大多将重点放在转专业的动机以及政策的合理性上,而转专业后续过程中,学生、学校所遇到的问题却被忽略。此外,风景园林学科具有特殊性,其他学科的转专业适应性问题和相关的措施建议不能一概套用。因此,对于风景园林学科转专业大学生的适应性分析有其必要的价值和意义。通过对南京林业大学新庄校区风景园林学院2017级、2018级的149名转入风景园林学科的大学生进行适应性调查,从学习和生活两个方面,分析研究转专业后学生所遇到的适应性问题,结合实际情况分别对学校和学生自身提出创新工作机制、构建知识网络等相关建议,以此来改善风景园林学科转专业的相关问题,促进风景园林学科教育的发展。
【Abstract】 As a common phenomenon in college education,the issue of "professional transfer" has always received widespread attention in society.With the continuous improvement of the professional transfer system,the proportion of college students who transfer majors in landscape architecture increases year by year,which plays a vital role in developing landscape architecture education and the landscape industry.At present,most researchers focus on the motivation of changing majors and the rationality of policies.Still,the problems encountered by students and schools in the follow-up process of changing majors were ignored.Also,the discipline of landscape architecture is unique,and the problems of the adaptability of other fields and related measures and suggestions cannot be applied uniformly.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze college students’ adaptability who transfer from the discipline of landscape architecture to their majors.Through the adaptability survey of 149 college students who transferred to the landscape architecture discipline in the 2017 and 2018 levels of the School of Landscape Architecture of Nanjing Forestry University Xinzhuang Campus,from the aspects of study and life,analyze and research the adaptability encountered by the students after transferring their majors.Based on the actual situation,we put forward relevant suggestions to the school and the students themselves,such as innovating working mechanisms and building a knowledge network,to improve the problems related to the transfer of landscape architecture disciplines and promote the development of landscape architecture education.
