【摘要】 促进经济高质量发展,新型城镇化建设尤为重要。基于新发展理念,本文从创新驱动、协调发展、绿色城镇、开放程度、成果共享五个方面重构新型城镇化质量测度指标体系,在此基础上,从动力视角归纳新型城镇化质量影响因素,构建影响因素作用模型,实证分析影响因素作用规律性。研究结果表明:市场化程度因素、对外开放因素对东、西部地区新型城镇化质量产生正向影响,区域内生性因素产生负向影响。据此提出东、西部地区新型城镇化发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote high-quality economic development, the construction of new urbanization is particularly important. Based on the logic of the new development concept, the quality measurement index system of new urbanization is reconstructed from five aspects: innovation driven, coordinated development, green town, openness and achievement sharing. And on this basis, we summarize the influencing factors of the quality of new urbanization from the perspective of dynamics, construct a model of influencing factors, and empirically analyze the potential factors affecting the quality of new urbanization in the eastern and western regions. The research results show that the factors of marketization degree and opening to the outside world have a positive impact on the quality of new urbanization in the eastern and western regions, while the regional endogenous factors have a negative impact. Based on this, policy suggestions for new urbanization development in the eastern and western regions are put forward.更多还原
