【摘要】 新生代民营企业家是改革开放中成长起来的重要企业家群体,伴随着该群体数量的不断壮大,摸清新生代民营企业家群体特征,对其加强政治引导,是巩固党的执政基础、扩大爱国统一战线的客观要求。课题组通过问卷调查的方式,对山东省新生代民营企业家的群体特征进行了调查。在此基础上,提出了"统战与工作"相结合的"精准化统战"理念和新形势下精准化做好统战工作的具体对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new generation of private entrepreneurs is an important group of entrepreneurs growing up in the reform and opening up. With the continuous growth of the number of this group,it is an objective requirement to consolidate the Party’s ruling foundation and expand the patriotic united front to get a clear picture of the characteristics of the new generation of private entrepreneurs and strengthen political guidance. By means of questionnaire survey,the research group investigated the characteristics of the new generation of private entrepreneurs in Shandong Province.
