血液中PLR、Apelin-13、MIF对急性肺栓塞病情程度和预后的评估价值

【摘要】 目的探讨血液中血小板与淋巴细胞比率(PLR)、Apeelin-13、巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)对急性肺栓塞患者病情严重程度和预后的评估价值。方法选取2016年8月—2019年1月青海省人民医院收治的急性肺栓塞患者106例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者100例作为对照组。观察组根据肺栓塞面积分为大面积15例,次大面积54例,非大面积37例;根据不同预后分为死亡组92例,存活组14例。比较观察组与对照组、不同肺栓塞面积各组间患者血液中PLR、Apelin-13、MIF水平。采用ROC曲线分析PLR、Apelin-13、MIF对急性肺栓塞的预后评估价值。结果观察组血液中PLR、Apelin-13、MIF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。肺栓塞面积越大,血液中PLR、Apelin-13、MIF水平越高(P<0.05)。PLR、Apelin-13、MIF三者联合对急性肺栓塞具有较大的预后评估价值。结论PLR、Apelin-13、MIF水平能反映急性肺栓塞的病情严重程度,具有较高的预后评估价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prognostic value of blood PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF in patients with acute pulmonary embolism.Methods 106 patients with acute pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group.A total of 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The observation group was divided into 15 cases with large area,54 cases with sub-large area and 37 cases with nonlarge area according to different pulmonary embolism area,92 cases with death and 14 cases with survival according to different prognosis.Comparison of blood PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF between observation group and control group with different pulmonary embolism area.ROC curve was used to analyze the prognostic value of PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF for acute pulmonary embolism.Results The PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The greater the area of pulmonary embolism,the higher the levels of blood PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF(P<0.05).The combination of PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF has great prognostic value for acute pulmonary embolism.Conclusion The levels of PLR,Apelin-13 and MIF can reflect the severity of acute pulmonary embolism,which has a high prognostic value.
