【摘要】 目的:对大管、吊球草、钝叶鱼木、冷饭藤、山楝皮、蜈蚣藤的粉末显微特征进行研究,为六种中药材鉴定及质量评价提供依据。方法:水合氯醛透化,稀甘油封片制成粉末切片,光学生物显微镜进行观察测定,通过显微摄影进行照相,对所得照片分析总结。结果:通过实验研究确定该六种药材的显微鉴定标准。结论:为进一步完善该六种药材显微鉴定标准提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the microscopic characteristics of the powder of the six Chinese medicinal materials,such as Micromelum falcatum,Hyptis rhomboidea,Crateva trifoliata,Kadsura oblongifolia,Aphanamixis polystachyaand Pothos repens.Methods:Chloral hydrate was permeated,thin glycerol was sealed into powder slices,and the results were observed and determined by optical biological microscope,and the results were analyzed and summarized by microphotograph.Results:The microscopic identification standard of these six kinds of medicinal materials was determined by experimental study.Conclusion:It provides reference for further improving the microscopic identification standards of these six kinds of medicinal materials.更多还原
